ISSUE: EdgeTX slow start with E-Soar Plus

Description
EdgeTX hangs for up to several minutes during startup when the active model is E-Soar Plus
Cause
This is a known timing issue with EdgeTX, see #5976. Currently being fixed.
Solution
For a complete solution, apply one of these options:
- Wait for forthcoming fix for #5976
- Install a version of EdgeTX prior to 2.10.0
In the meantime, these mitigation measures are recommended:
- Start ESP in Climb mode
- Use stock 'EdgeTX' theme
- If using ELRS, specify a slow packet rate (100Hz)
