ISSUE: EdgeTX slow start with E-Soar Plus

Applies to E-Soar Plus and EdgeTX 2.10, 2.11 when using transmitters with F7 processors (TX16S Mk1/2).
[Tx's with H7 processors (TX15 and TX16S Mk3) are not affected.]
Description
EdgeTX may hang during power up or when switching from another model to ESP. The hang may last anything from a few seconds to several minutes. Sounds may also stutter during startup.
Cause
This is a known issue with EdgeTX, starting with 2.10.0. See GitHub issue #5976.
Solution
Applying these mitigation measures has proved effective:
- Cancel fades: in the Flight modes menu, edit the Power and Landing modes, setting Fade in and Fade out to zero
- Suppress sounds at startup: in Special Functions menu, identify the Play Track actions which have repeat set to 'x1' option and change '!x1'.
- Start in Thermal mode
- If using ELRS, specify a packet rate of 100Hz.
- Use stock 'EdgeTX' theme
